The Sunbeam Silent Whisper CPU Cooler is a very affordable, yet top quality heat sink that will lower your temps and quiet down your PC. The Sunbeam Silent Whisper features an ultra silent 92mm fan, copper based heatsink with aluminum fins, heatpipe technology and even a low-restriction fan grill.
The 92mm fan operates in 1000 to 2300 rpm range and is controlled by PWM. The PWM power connector is still a hard to find feature but this heatsink has it all. The fan runs at a silent 25 dBA while achieving a thermal resistance of 0.19!
