The Zalman VNF100 is a fanless, passive heat sink video card cooler using Zalman's VFP (Variable Fin Profile) design. The FVP design maximizes passive cooling ability and efficiency by provide a large heat sink surface area with variable fin heights. The VNF100 does not generate any noise or vibrations and thus is a perfect cooler to assist in silent computing. The high performance copper heat pipes transfer heat away from the GPU core to the backside fins while still maintaining a low enough profile to be used in SLI or Crossfire configurations. The lightweight aluminum heat sink fins are only 0.4mm thick which makes the VNF100 extremely light. This reduces any stress or added weight to you video card for longer life and better reliability.
